The City of Weatherford, Texas, required that all contractors and back flow testers be registered with the City of Weatherford before conducting any work on back flow devices.  In order to become registered, contractors should complete a Contractor Information Sheet, provide the Planning and Development Office with a copy of the contractor’s Master License, proof of identification and proof of General Liability Insurance and pay the 475 annual registration fee.

This is all in accordance with the Clean Water Act and federal and state laws regarding annual backflow testing to assure that the potable water supply in Weatherford remain pollutant-free and safe for residents.
